Solo exhibition at the RICKMER RICKMERS
On 22 May 2014, the ‘Underwater Sailing Pictures Exhibition’ began in the holds of the proud museum ship Rickmer Rickmers in the port of Hamburg. The start with a really beautiful vernissage, over 200 guests and glorious weather was fantastic. The pictures really felt at home in the maritime surroundings of the beautifully and rustically designed exhibition deck.

London 2012 Olympics: Exhibition on the Thames
The works of Heinke Böhnert with sails of the Olympic participants were exhibited during the Olympic Games in London.
Commissioned work for the Hotel Atlantic in Hamburg
In 2011, the renowned five-star Hotel Atlantic in Hamburg acquired 204 paintings for the newly renovated rooms. The works hang on the second, third and fourth floors.
